We are an emerging outsourcing provider located in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, INDIA and having our headquarters located at New York, United States and we provide Accounting and Bookkeeping, Taxation and Payroll Services to various Accountancy Practicing firms and small-to-medium sized enterprises located in United States on an outsourced basis.

We provide full range of accounting and bookkeeping services using a secured online accounting technologies and Our Services include data entry from accounting source documents, general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable, journal entries and reconciliations, bank and credit card reconciliation’s, Assisting in the preparation of payroll returns, Sales tax processing etc.

We are the only offshore company in INDIA having Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisors on place and have bilingual Accountants who can speak in French and Spanish. We also have CPA’s on board.

Our Staff were highly trained on all US Accounting and tax software’s and having excellent communication skills and we provide 24/7 customer support.

All Peachtree Products – First, Pro, Complete, Premium and Quantum and Industry Specific Solutions such as Construction, Distribution, Manufacturing, Nonprofits etc

3. Creative Solutions (CS) Professional Suite

4. MYOB Accounting

5. Microsoft Great Plains

We also assist in the preparation of individual, Corporate and Partnership tax returns and we have exposure working on various tax software’s such as TurboTax, Pro Series, Ultra tax, Lacerte, ATX, Drake Tax, Go-System and any other tax software as specified by the Client.

Our logistics is quite simple. Scan all the Source documents and upload them into a secured server and we would take care of the rest. We would also specify the work flow procedure to be followed for uploading and downloading the documents and we do all the work remotely from INDIA.

Our Bookkeeping rates start from $6 USD per hour and for hiring a FTE, We Charge $960 USD per month including Payroll Processing.
