In my experience, anything "free" software, comes with a price. Meaning, there are probably things you can't do unless you subscribe to something they offer. I would suggest getting Quickbooks pro for your small business. It is a easy to use software, and you won't regret the upfront cost. However, if you would like to outsource your bookkeeping/payroll, I'd be happy to oblige.

yes i think its better to outsource your accounting tasks so as to keep your concentration on your business rather than tax and accounting headache.

Free software is generally free for a reason. It is always best to choose a software that has high reviews and a history of being trustworthy. Quickbooks has the best reviews and is trustful and has solutions at varying prices.

You can get your hands on good software for cheap. I have also seen many business keep records accurately through the use of spreadsheets such as excel.

My suggestion is to look into quickbooks. Its a relatively small investment, but I would also suggest paying someone for a few hours of training to use it properly which is half the battle for most business owners.
