Default Quickbooks Bill Pay setup

I have been using Bill Pay without a problem in Quicken for many years. I just switched to Quickbooks Pro 2008 and signed up for a new Bill Pay account for Quickbooks several days ago. However, I cannot figure out how to enable that service in Quickbooks and their tech
support is of no help.

Would someone be kind enough to give me a step-by-step guide to doing this?

Thanks - I'm about to pull out what little hair I have left and my BP is in the danger zone.

Lol... funny... don't worry, you won't have to pull out your hair... here is how it works...

Enabling QuickBooks Accounts for Online Payment

From the Banking menu, choose Online Banking, then select Set Up Account for Online Service. You may see a message: "All open QuickBooks windows will be closed temporarily to set up online banking services. Do you want to continue?". Click Yes.

Select your QuickBooks account, then click Next. Enter or select QuickBooks Bill Pay – New! as the name of your financial institution and click Next.

Enter your QuickBooks Bill Pay customer ID and PIN. Confirm your PIN, then select Sign In.

Select the Bill Pay account to connect to your QuickBooks account, and click Next.

Select Finish to close the setup wizard and view the Online Banking Center in QuickBooks.
