We are located on Glen Cove Road and are a small, friendly and family oriented office enviorment currently seeking a full time bookkeeper. Position available immediately. Will train!

The resposibilities include but are not limited to:

*Accounts payable and receivable
*Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
*Interface with various Departments
*Process bills for payment
*Prepare deposits including going to the bank
*Perform credit card chargebacks
*Contact and reconcile vendor's statements
*maintenance of accounting records
*Assist with various daily tasks including faxing, filing, etc.

Requirements:
Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds a must
