Seeking a Part-time (25 hours/week-flexible) A/P Coordinator
Core Requirements/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-starter with: • 2+ years of accounting related work experience. • Knowledge of Solomon software is a plus. • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization. • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook. • Must have good command of the English language, oral and written. • Professional demeanor • Ability to work individually and as part of a team • Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills Duties Include: • Process AP vouchers and expense reports using a custom database. • Prepare Annual 1099 reporting. • Interact with all levels of management within the company and outside vendors. • Ensure compliance to accounting policies. • Reconcile vendor statements. • Maintain AP files. • Audit employee expenses to ensure compliance with policy before paying. • Assist in year-end audit • Other duties may be assigned.
