Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will need to prepare P and L and balance sheet accounting, post journal entries, reconcile accounts, conduct financial analysis and complete month end reconciliation processes; in addition they would manage any clerks who support these functions.

Experience and Skills:
*5-7 years in relevant accounting experience
*3 years G/L experience
*Previous supervisory experience a must
*CPA training or CPA preferred
*Able to meet strict deadlines with high level of accuracy; organized
*High level skills in QuickBooks, Paychex payroll system experience preferred, but not required

Compensation:
*Very competitive compensation package (80K+) with multiple benefits included. Located in Morgan Hill.
*Full time employees located in Morgan Hill have access to academic support services for school age children in the Learning Center
