Company in Austell, GA is looking for a strong General Ledger accountant. This position will be working directly with the Director of Finance to set up SOX internal contols. This position will move into the roll of Accounting Manager within the next year.

Responsibilities:

Sarbaines-Oxley testing and compliance
Preparing Financial Statements
Performing P&L Analysis
Fixed Assets, depreciation, accumulating appreciation
Bank reconciliations and General Ledger account reconciliation
Research T Accounts
Internal Controls

Requirements:

4+ years relevant Accounting experience
Bachelor degree or Associates degree in Accounting preferred, but not required
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Lean accounting experience a plus
SOX experience strongly preferred
