EDAW Inc., a worldwide leader in Landscape Architecture, Planning and Environmental Services has an opening for a Senior Staff Accountant in our corporate offices in San Francisco. The Senior Staff Accountant will report to the Assistant Controller and be a key member of the corporate finance team.

Duties:
Provide supporting schedules for the monthly financial package.
Work with international regions on the intercompany account reconciliations.
Preparation of internal financial reports.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and policies and procedures
Preparation of various financial analyses for management.
Provide support to business units throughout the firm.
Preparation of account reconciliations.
Ensure proper accounting of prepaid and accrual accounts
Responsible for review and posting of various journal entries
Manage the accounting of fixed assets.
Assist on special projects.

Requirements:

Deltek Vision experience preferred.
Strong MS Excel Skills
Degree in Accounting of Finance
Minimum 3 years professional service industry preferred.
Strong quality and service level focus, including ability to meet demanding deadlines.
Sound judgment and careful attention to detail.
