Strong admin w/ QuickBooks & Excel. Flex Schedule

We are looking for a great Administrative Assistant with a strong bookkeeping background. We are not looking for an accounting service or a for-hire bookkeeper who just does the books.
Aside from being very familiar with QuickBooks and all the ins and outs of accounting entry, financial statements, cash flow projections and management, we also want to find a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Excel. We would also like you to have nice letter writing skills. This position is currently about three days a week, maybe more in the busy summer months. The schedule is somewhat flexible, so it would be perfect for a working parent. Naturally, we would ask that you have impeccable references that we may verify. We are a San Francisco based moving and storage company. We are located on Third St at Yosemite. The T line comes to our door and there is off street parking on premises.
