We are looking for an onsite full charge retail bookkeeper to handle daily sales receipts, accounts receivables, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, bank deposits, payroll, year-end closing for tax preparer, and minimal administrative attention. Experience should include the knowledge of Quickbooks Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel.
The candidate should have previous retail bookkeeping experience and should be capable of working in a one person office environment. Reliability and organization are essential for a this bookkeeping opportunity. We are in need of a person who can work a minimum of 20hrs to no more than 40hrs per week. The number of work hours can be adjusted depending on the capabilities and efficiency of your bookkeeping background. The working environment is a relaxed comfortable office.
