We are seeking a leader to manage our exisiting Audit team

Experience as Public Accounting Audit Manager a plus!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, managers, partners, and staff.
Oversee work of the Audit teams while conducting financial statement audits, reviews, compilations in accordance with professional standards.
Complete all engagements on time and on budget.
Support and supervise subordinate members of the firm by providing technical advice, coaching, mentoring and guidance.
Continue to build your referral network and contacts, and expand the services provided to the existing client base.

DESIRED BACKGROUND:

Current CPA license.
8 years plus of experience in public accounting.
Entrepreneurial spirit. Highly motivated self-starter.
Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Experience managing audit engagements for privately-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to interface with multiple client engagements.
