Hayward-based firm currently seeks a Billing/Invoicing Specialist to join their dynamic team for a 3-4 month contract!

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Degree in Acctg/Finance preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
Duties include:

Preparing invoices and responding to billing inquiries
Collaborating with the accounting staff in resolving billing issues and implementing ongoing process improvement
