Position: Analyst Intern
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Salary: Negotiable; Potential to turn into full time position

We are a well-financed, exciting start-up in the online gaming and financial sector developing and operating leapfrog software. We will be offering a revolutionary p2p betting exchange and social network that will utilize a range of innovative online transactional and retail revenue streams.

This is a start-up stage business that has recently completed a multi-million dollar angel round of funding. The company is on the cutting edge of gaming and social networking and our team is comprised of several tech industry luminaries who were responsible for leading the core development of Netscape, Yahoo!, Friendster, Microsoft, Tagged and LinkedIn. This is an opportunity to join the founding team.

Position Purpose:
The analyst intern will report directly to the COO, and his key responsibilities will be to conduct market research and prepare financial modeling and investor documentation.

Ultimately, we are seeking a well-rounded, entrepreneur with self-motivation and market insight

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

* Reports directly to the COO
* Work closely with the executive team on strategic business development
* Conduct market research
* Perform financial modeling
* Prepare investor documentation as needed
* Assist CEO with capital raising efforts

Experience & Qualifications Required:

* Experience in financial modeling and preparation of investor documents
* Experience in and understanding of software product development and online marketing is preferable
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Education:

* Seeking degree from top tier school is desirable
