American Appraisal, a privately held global firm, is the world leader in valuation consulting services. American Appraisal has approximately 850 employees located at more than 50 offices in 14 countries throughout the world. We are currently adding staff to our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities
This position offers a high-exposure opportunity to work closely with experienced officers and professionals in the execution of valuation related engagements for a wide array of clients from privately owned companies to those in the Fortune 500. Financial valuation projects include, for example, appraisals of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for purposes such as allocation of purchase price, corporate and tax planning, and taxable reorganizations. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth, challenge and variety of assignments.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance plus some finance related experience or internship. An MBA with limited work experience will also be considered. The selected individual must work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
