Does anyone recall if this is potentially excludible or deductible? I thought it was excludible if the juror actually drove, but I can't find a reference.

If the mileage amount is separately stated, not in excess of the standard mileage allowance (but what rate applies???) and you actually drove, it would seem that you could exclude same under the theory of an "accountable plan." However, if the mileage amount is paid to EVERYONE regardless of whether they actually drove, that would cast a shadow on it.
If, instead, you wished to claim a deduction for the mileage, I would suggest doing so as a charitable "volunteer" expense (because, in the opinion of many, that is what jury duty is). But don't ask me for a reference on that!![]()

You could at least net it with income from Jury duty.
