i have a few sm. business clients, 2 resturaunts and a retail clothing store who all need to raise liquid assets, cash, and are too small to qualify for accounts receivable factoring, however they do qualify for a cash advance secured by their own future credit sales (visa.mc.disc.)..my question is, does anyone have any experience with tihis type of funding (merchant cash advance)? they are offering to fund about 25% of their gross monthly cc sales and will be paid back through a 25% split of the sales. has anyone referred their clients to use this type of service? if yes, can you recomend a reputable company? all three of my clients were denied for small business loans (shocking) by their local banks and are somewhat desperate...these merchant cash advance companies say they can fund within 48 hours of application and dont take credi or bankruptcy into account so im sure they can all pass underwriting with advance companies.
