Default Expenses on credit card statement

What am I suppose to do when I don't have receipts for expenses? At the moment I post the expenses with backup receipts to real accounts and expenses without receipts to draw account.

Anyways, I would like to know how others handle expenses showing on credit card statements.

Simple solution would be to highlight all the expenses that you personally think (use some judgement) that might be business related like for eg. if you see that statement says Office Depot or Kinkos, that should hint at the fact that it was used for business related expense...

You migh also see, TGI Fridays on there, was it a business meeting plus lunch or was it just a casual date... find out about that and if no information is available, use your judgement.
