Like in any other field, junior and senior is a fancy term of saying "fresh graduate" and "graduate with atleast 2 years of experience" respectively.
Junior accountants are entry level accountants who have a bachelors degree in accounting and no experience. Senior accountants are experienced in accounting and have a bachelors degree. make sense? |
