    Default Dissolved LLC

    Hello,

I dissolved an LLC in April 2010 and started a sole proprietorship in May 2010.
When we file taxes in 2011 will we also need to complete form 1065 (partnership)
for the 4 months the LLC was in operation or can we file the LLC on our personal tax form?

I am assuming you were a single person LLC (no partners)

You have to file 1065 return and then the numbers will go on to your 1040 (profit or loss)

You will also need to file Schedule C.
