Default How to setup an Employee Education Reimbursement Plan?

I would like to setup a plan to pay for employee’s education. What exactly do I need to do to set something like this up? I need information on the tax side of things. What forms does my business need to submit for tax purposes?

Please check this publication from the IRS website: http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p970.pdf

It has all the information required for Tuition Reimbursement.
