Hello,
I have incorporated in Florida and I asked my CPA to provide me a Reseller Tax ID, I'm not an US citizen and not located in the States now. After I received the document, I don't see my name in any place of the document, only the personal details of my CPA and at the bottom of the page I see his name as a member if the company (I'm the only member). I don't know if this it's OK. In the incorporation document I do see my name and my CPA is named as my registered agent.
