Is it true that the land should be appriciate ?

I think you are trying to ask if land should be depreciated? If that is the question then yeah, it is depreciated but for land there is another term that is used, it is called "Depletion". Natural resources like land, coal mines etc are reduced using the process of depletion.

Land is not considered an expense, so it cannot be depreciated. Land does not wear out like vehicles or equipment.
