Export Excel in .csv (comma delimited) or space delineated.

Excel 2000; 2003
File > Save as > CSV (comma delimited)

Excel 2007:
Save as > other formats > select comma delineated in format drop down

Import via Import Data regimen. Outlook allows mapping fields (ex.: Customer name and information) with import function in .csv format.
